For all of my optimism yesterday about the polls, the new RNC ads in West Virginia and Montana, and McCain’s decision to start robo-calling in Arizona…devastating news today. Barack Obama is losing the cat shit vote.

Fox News Poll changes method to improve McCain’s results
Fox News is out with a new poll that shows the race tightening:
Obama 47
McCain 44
Joe the Plumber Chews Through Leash
Yet another sign that the McCain/Palin campaign is coming unraveled as the election draws to an increasingly inevitable conclusion:
Joe (Sam) the Unlicensed Wanna-be Country Singer and Planted Liar has gone AWOL.
F#$k! Alright, who was supposed to be watching him? Looks like old Joe the Douche was out stumping with the Palinator, and forgot to let Grandpappy John in on the plans. Thanks much, Joe the No-Show.
Photo Essay: Obama Rally – Sarasota, Florida, Oct 30, 2008
Barack Obama came to Sarasota Florida today for an intimate gathering with about 15,000 people.
I volunteered and had the honor of assisting the elderly and disabled into the stadium, keeping them all hydrated and otherwise fussing over them.
Arizona? Yeah. It’s in Play. [Update!]
This is almost sad, guys.
Well, not really.
But I think this shows us the depth of the hole McCain has dug running this disgraceful campaign. He has never lost an election in Arizona, but now he’s poised to lose the most important race of all. According to a new a Cronkite/Eight Poll, AZ is now a toss-up. Obama has whittled McCain’s lead down to two points, 46 to 44, a statistical tie.
Start Your Morning Off Right
So, I’ve been having a look at the latest maps the last couple of days, and things are looking better and better for us. Maybe what I’m doing here is a bit controversial, but this by far is my favorite map:
First trackers of the day
Rasmussen reports this morning:
Obama 51
McCain 46
Rasmussen’s numbers yesterday were Obama 50, McCain 47, Others 1, and Undecided 2. Rasmussen observes:
This is the 35th straight day that Obama’s support has been between 50% and 52%. With the exception of yesterday, McCain’s support has stayed between 44% and 46% during that stretch.
