Let’s Call the Whole Thing Off **Updated x 2**

The crazy dude has called off the ‘burning the Qur’an day’. He is speaking about it right now. Whoa. They are moving the ‘ground zero Mosque. Holy shit! He would see that as a sign from god.

Good grief. This huckster has just blackmailed the folks who have been trying to build the multicultural Islamic community center and Mosque in New York City. I am stunned.

Wow. Wow. I got nothing.

What are your thoughts?

Heh. That just popped up and I decided to share.

Ok. This is why you should never write a diary about a breaking event. LOL. CNN has the full speech posted at YouTube. They won’t let me post it here. I see a lot of that lately. Too bad, because I think allowing folks to post their stories only reflects well on them.

However, the idiot seems to be the only one on board with this ‘deal to move the Mosque’. I am such a sucker. Heh. I should erase this whole thing but maybe I could turn it into an interesting and even funny tube diary.

I will continue to follow the story and add further developments through this diary, so look out for updates.

As I was searching for a tube of the idiot speaking i came across this which was posted about 1/2 hour ago. What is weird is that this dude hasn’t read the Qur’an but wants to burn it and is promoting  a book about how bad the Qur’an is. Hmmm.

Ok. See what a sucker I am:~J Turns out the Imam in charge of the Ny Islamic center did not make this agreement with the idiot.

I am glad that Paster Jones has decided not to burn any Qur’ans. However, I have not spoken to Pastor Jones or Imam Musry. I am surprised by their announcement. We are not going to toy with our religion or any other. Nor are we going to barter. We are here to extend our hands to build peace and harmony.

Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf

Oy. Didn’t the Paster idiot think this would get out? I really hope no one promised him this (or anything) in exchange for not burning some books.

Someone should write a diary about the fine history we have in the USA of burning books we find offensive. It happens more than you would think. Now that I think about it, I believe such a diary exists. If it does, could they repost it? As now seems to be a good time to re-examine the practice.

Oy. I am glad this dude won’t be burning any Qur’an tomorrow. But the whole Islamic center moving is coming out of left field for me. When did one get connected to the other? This is insane.

Although I will say it does solve two problems with one stone;~J

The idiot said he would call the BQD off if the Mosque is moved. However, no one else seems to be on board.

    Lol, more to come later.

Rev. Terry Jones’s now globally maligned idea to burn Qurans on the 9th anniversary of September 11th is receiving praise from one Tennessee minister who now says that he’s going to incinerate the sacred Islamic text on Saturday and post the video online.

According to a report from Nashville’s Tennessean, Rev. Bob Old of Springfield, Tennessee recently gave his support to Rev. Jones of the Dove World Center Outreach in Gainesville, Fla., and said that his idea to set fire to Qurans was good.

The Tennessean reports that Old believes the United States would be better without Muslims altogether:

“If they want to have their religion, they can have it somewhere else,” said Old, former pastor of First Baptist Church in Joelton and Academy Heights Baptist Church in Gallatin, which merged with another church. He no longer has a congregation and instead runs an evangelical ministry called Disciples of Christ.
