i’ve always been a proponent of the use of marijuana for medical purposes.  i live in texas, lots of marijuana comes through here and texas is absolutely behind the drug war.  however, the policy of the USA has harmed and killed innocents in a country we share a border with.  a country where some of my ancestors arrived in texas from.  a country with a myriad of problems, poverty in particular.  a third world nation right in our backyard.

apparently, to the very religious, freedom of speech works, but only in one direction.  They have the right to speechify to YOU, you do NOT have the right to reply.    this has become a fundamental problem in the dialogue between the fundamentalist religionists and those of us who are free from religion.

Those of you who already either know tricia or know of tricia know that she is a massive pootie person. She moved into an apartment and now has a pootie, named Princess Ashley; however she grew up with both cats & dogs and she loves both. She does not discriminate against any animal & loves animal photos of all kinds. Please enjoy the following and add any photos that you think the community would like to see. i’ve been asked by tricia to write today’s doggy diary here as opposed to cross posting her wednesday woozles from that orange place.  i’m new to this so bear with me please.  also, flickr is hiccoughing and my red panda pix can’t be transferred or posted right now.  i’ll try for that later.  thank you all, have fun!

…and here i are.  another of the kos refugees.  many of you are already here and know me.  i’m a retired ME (and just for the record, CSI is a TV show, not life in the ME’s offices), my ME status is a Ph.D. not an m.d and i don’t give medical advice to live people.  i may give an opinion if asked but i’ll always refer you to your own doctor.  what i may do, also, is, if i have had similar to your medical complaint, give you my experience, and still refer you to your own doc.  i can’t prescribe and i won’t.

i’m a panda lover.  i’ve been to china to see the pandas and experience the chinese culture. i adore fuzzy animals.  i admire reptiles, but i won’t approach one.  fish are cool, but, i prefer the marine mammals.  bears, pandas, polar, all kinds are my favorite animals.  i love the pootie diaries although i can’t have cats.  allergies to cat saliva, alas.
