Interrogatories

What famous painting that you have actually stood in front of most impressed you?

It was published 88 years ago today. Have you ever read Mein Kampf?

Of all the literary birthdays today (Thackeray, Jessamyn West, Clifford Odets, Hunter S. Thompson), or those who died today (Alger, Austen) who have you read? Who did you like the best?

It’s National Caviar Day. What do you think of caviar?

Permanent collection includes peter paul reubens’ Prometheus, which I stared at for hours when I was small,3 years old, say. They couldn’t get me away from it, I don’t know why. No caviar, nor opinion or Hitler but unprintable opinion. My Texas uncle fought the fascists in Spain.

Gonna be 98 again, oven sauna. The people today almost overwhelming again, Ja; don’t you think? Music and Art, the lifelines of higher awareness. Running out of space. I Put A Screamin Spell Check On You!

First question reminds me of Homer Simpson:  “Well, there it is.  Michelangelo’s Dave.”  The painting that came to mind immediately for me was Jackson Pollock’s Lavender Mist.

Never have and am not even curious.

You had to ask that today, huh?  I’ve only read Hunter Thompson out of all those people.

Never had caviar, I don’t think.  Willing to try!

Painting:  I saw the Barnes foundation exhibit years ago in DC.  I loved all the Modigliani paintings.  Also Picasso s guitarists was cool in real life.  I would like to go the Dali museum and see those in real life.

    Mein Kampf: no

    Authors:  Austen and Thompson.

Caviar:  never had it.  I think the texture would bother me.  But I like salty stuff.

I had no idea that only happened in 1870.

The last song I heard on the way in to work today was by Bobby Fuller’s brother Randy.  Honest.

I’m ignorant on art and literary works.

    Nein to Mein Kamph

Caviar looks gross, thus I won’t be trying it due to the visual gag factor.

    Happy Birthday Nelson Mandela.

That bottom picture looks like a spot in Blue Spring, a place near my hometown in FL.

A deaf teenager at a public school in NJ is told no ASL on the school bus because it’s a safety hazard, and she faces disciplinary action. As I’ve said elsewhere, are you phucking kidding me?
