Those of you who already either know me or know of me know that I am a massive pootie person. We  moved into an apartment and now have a pootie, named Jenny; however I grew up with both cats & dogs and I love both. I do not discriminate against any animal & love animal photos of all kinds.     My ISP has been down for three days. I’ve called Verizon repeatedly. I got an interminable wait for “tests” and the result was…. wait for it…. “Please reboot your modem.”

    Duh.

    After I broke the mechanical woman’s eardrum screaming at her, I called again, letting her go on a little further. I asked to speak to a customer service representative. This time I got “Please give us your 12-digit account number that can be found at” …. wait for it …. “Verizon.com.”

    By this time I was hoarse from screaming. I reached for the Xanax bottle and vegged out for the rest of the evening.
