It was hysterical and Kramer had this to say about it and SNL.

I agree with Kramer. SNL hasn’t laid a finger on President Obama.

The whole thing is terrific, but the Commerce Secretary zinger starts at the 6:15ish mark. It’s even funnier when he laughs at his own joke.
