    OK, I’ll spill.

I want to be Supreme Commander of Chocolate. I would ensure high quality, equal distribution, and no nuts without special dispensation (and caramel).

I’d love to go into space, if the technology was at the point where it would be comfortable. I don’t think it’s there yet, and there aren’t any good destinations, just space (which might be pretty cool).

I own a teeny painting an artist friend gave me for my birthday. Oh yeah, another work I bought from a friend – both are put away now, I have no space to display them. When it comes to windows v. wallspace, I’ll take the windows every time.

My cat Muffuletta was a gift (in more ways than one), but I pre-picked her out. I was never surprised by the gift of a pet.

When I was a teen in Marin, it was “have thumb, will travel.” It actually ended when the stupid Pacific Sun wrote an article about alleged hitchhiking hookers (I doubt they existed in any great numbers, but were rather a product of the writer’s fevered imagination), which ruined hitching for women. Bastard.

    And I bring you…

    Supreme Commander of textbooks.

I used to want to go into space, but now I think I can get along without it.

Original artwork… hmm.  Nothing comes to mind.

I received a parakeet once, which I was not particularly grateful for.  (I happened, at the time, to work with a person named Nadine Feathers, so I named the parakeet Nadine.)

Not this morning, but I did often hitchhike back in the hippie era.

Kickstarter to fire the Geico advertisement team into space

Awwww.  Lame as some of those ads are, I kind of look forward to every new lameness.  They keep 3 or 4 different series going at once.

Rush Limbaugh, who paid a married gay man millions to sing at his 4th wedding, is warning how gays will destroy marriage.

    – John Fugelsang

Does this refer to a true thing?  If so, who was the singer?

In 1950, General Dwight D. Eisenhower was named supreme commander of NATO-Europe

For all you crossword puzzle enthusiasts:  The answer you seek is probably ETO.  😉

1937 – Ray Collins, musician (Mothers of Invention) (d. 2012)

Hoepla?  Strange little show!  They use Cobwebs and Strange as a theme song.

Me? Supreme Commander? Whatever it was would fall to pieces gradually as I became overwhelmed and gave up.

I dream I’m in space all the time. Different scenarios, always exciting.

All my walls have original artwork on them. I’ve made a video of a walk through the house but I want to make a better one.

No animals as a gift, never hitchhiked.

Good morning……our concerts seats had a clear view of the keyboard. I love watching the music being made.
