    some part of a terrorist cell plot.  Apparently black hat left the US last year for six months and flew into Moscow, Russia.  Uhhh, he has family (at least a father) in Russia.  But of course this just means he might have gone somewhere else to receive terrorist training.  Maybe I’m looking through the lens of the abysmal reporting of this week but I don’t get this drive to make this into a bigger plot than it so far appears to be.

    NBC earlier had tried to make a big deal out of POTUS meeting with his entire foreign policy team.  Uhhh, the meeting was previously planned.  But no, this means that the White House is soooo concerned that this is part of a larger plot.  Is there some concern?  Sure.  We can’t be that naive but maybe it is time for the news to take a break and resume regular broadcasting or to move on to the explosion it Texas or something.

    Me?  I’m painting my room and switching to Perry Mason.

    Even if they hurt us,

    I think no one wants to think about how this country can be part of the problem… In other words, the younger brother has been here since he was nine years old (or so)… About the same age as Martin Richard.  Can’t see how he was part of any sleeper cell just waiting to attack.

    So.  If that’s the case, where did these two go astray… And why? Is it because they couldn’t assimilate? Is it because of displacement, alienation, being vulnerable to others to do this heinous act?

    We don’t know.

    We can’t speculate until more FACTS are known, not chairside declarations made by media and their “experts”.

    OFFICIAL: Tonight’s Red Sox game at Fenway Park scheduled for 7:10pm has been postponed to support efforts of law enforcement officers.

    Gonna have to schedule a trip that way to do some small part to stimulate the economy; tons of money have to have been lost this week.

    Dzhokhar Tsarnaev had passed an apparently normal day at the school Wednesday, according to a UMass official, working out at the gym, then sleeping in his single-unit room at the Pine Dale Hall dorm that night, while law enforcement officials were frantically scanning photos and video trying to identify him and his brother.

    School officials know he was there Wednesday because of card swipes, but it was not clear if he had been there earlier. He was described as good, typical student who played intramural soccer.

    A student, who didn’t want to be identified, said she saw Dzhokhar Tsarnaev at a party Wednesday night that was attended by some of his friends with whom he played intramural soccer.

    Per @PeteWilliamsNBC, Boston bombing suspect is in federal custody, and being treated as though he will go on trial in that jurisdiction.
